The History of Levicorpus follows canon through Half Blood Prince.  The game history starts in the summer of 1997 before Harry's last year:

June:

Snape and Draco join Lord Voldemort at Riddle House where the Death Eaters have set up an underground HQ.  (note: non-Death Eater characters do not know this...though Harry has been given the name of the town where Voldemort is hiding and should be able to figure it out.)

July:

Harry spends much of his summer looking for leads on horcruxes without any success. Hermione comes to the Burrow, and she and Ron admit their feelings for one another. Tonks quits her job as an Auror and agrees to become the new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher. Neville starts having disturbing dreams about Voldemort.

The Death Eaters decimate two small muggle towns. Cho Chang's uncle is discovered to be a Death Eater. Lucius Malfoy escapes Azkaban, and Narcissa joins him and Draco at Riddle House. Pansy finds jewels with mysterious powers in her basement and gives them to Draco.

Draco Malfoy starts owling Ginny Weasley for difficult to determine reasons.  (Well, it's a mix of boredom and curiosity...but it stumps Ginny and Hermione. [and raises concern in Bill and Charlie when they learn of it]). The violence of attacks on the Muggles starts getting to him. He breaks into Harry bedroom looking for information and discovers the word "Horcrux".

Harry returns home to discover the break in, though not who's behind it. He continues on to the Burrow where he spends the rest of his summer. The Ministry of Magic begins talking about a draft.

August:

Arthur Weasley sets up a computer lab in one of the Hogwarts dungeons. (The lab is specially shielded, computers still won't work in other parts of Hogwarts.) Death Eater Adara Weasley escapes Azkaban. Auror Warren Savage is killed in the process. Sybill Trelawny is kidnapped by the Death Eaters.

Draco attempts to steal Mandrake leaves and is captured by Neville and locked in the closet. Snape and Lucius come to Draco's rescue, but Neville kept Draco's wand. Lucius has Ollivander (who is a prisoner of the DEs) make Draco a new wand. Draco uses the new wand to put the Imperius curse on the Creevey brothers and retrieve the old one. Resulting in Draco having two nearly identical wands, and a lot of guilt concerning Neville's parents. He decides to become a double agent and asks Snape for help.

At the Burrow, preparations for Bill and Fleurs wedding keep a stir of activity. Bill, Charlie, and Harry take off for a few days to chase Fenrir, and Harry gets hit by a bad Confundus Charm (though not a strong one, so it takes a while for him to realize).

The wedding of Bill and Fleur also marks the debut of exchange student Promise Dae and Draco's first act against the Dark Lord. He gives Ginny a slip of paper for Harry with the location of Voldemort's hide out. (Eleven days later, Draco and Ginny meet up again in secret and decide to be something other than sworn enemies.)

September :

Students return to Hogwarts. Draco is summoned before Voldemort to answer accusations and gives him the jewels that Pansy found. (He begins to suspect the jewels may be a horcrux.) Yaxley is executed by the Ministry of Magic. Colin Creevey starts a school newspaper called the "Weekly Diviner". Narcissa, Bellatrix, and Draco drink a potion that should make the Black fortune recognize them as its masters. Draco asks for Grimmauld place and therefore gets Kreacher.

Neville Longbottom receives a gold watch from an unnamed "admirer". This watch turns out to be a magical transmitter developed by Cho's uncle Franklin. Draco bring this information to the Order, along with the information that Voldemort has his sights set on Hogwarts. The watch is destroyed, but Voldemort orders four new transmitters to replace it.

Luna confronts Ginny about her Death Eater romance, which she discovered through a magic mirror, but Luna agrees to keep their secret and gives the mirror to Ginny.

The D.A. restarts. Harry, Hermione, and Ron begin their horcrux hunting, so Neville and Ginny are left in charge of it.

A small explosion caused by a confiscated item sends Ginny Weasley to the hospital wing. Blaise Zabini investigates and inadvertantly turns himself into a target for Luca Moonstone. As the month progresses, Luca and his clan come to look steadily more sinister and more entangle in the lives of Draco, Blaise and Promise. The intrigue gets very twisted as they attempt to work out each others plots, plans, and loyalties.

Draco expands his network of friends by getting Cho Chang out of a jam, and discovering the annoying Muggle grocer girl, Lacy, is really an untrained witch. Cho agrees to spy for Draco in return for his help, and Draco agrees to train Lacy. Lacy gets some extra lessons from Professor Snape.

Voldemort decides to punish the unfortunate Parkinsons by turning them into rats. He sends Pansy's father to her with the challenge to undo the enchantment.

While everyone is distracted by the war, poor Peeves is slowly disappearing. No one seemed to care, until Luna agreed to interview him about his plight for the Quibbler.

October:

The first Hogsmeade weekend. Couples are in bloom. Promise is attack by the Moonstone clan leader and rescued by Luca. Her clan, the Daes, arrive in England.

The new transmitters are being brought into play.

Tonks gets reinstated as an Auror (but retains her teaching post.) Moody takes the position of Security Inspector at Hogwarts.

Fudge is murdered by Lord Voldemort is a particularly brutal fashion. Luca cracks and confesses much of what he has been up to to McGonagall and Tonks. Promise's parents go missing, and she gets a leave from school to help find them. Draco reveals Lacy to the Order, and Moody becomes her new mentor.

Hermione's parents are killed by Voldemort, while the other Death Eaters are sent on raids. Draco sends the Order information that allows them to attack Fenrir and his wolfpack. Fenrir is killed and the rest of the wolfpack is captured. Voldemort begins to suspect a spy in his ranks.

Peeves leads Luna who in turn takes Harry to a second passage into the Chamber of Secrets, where they discover Voldemort's locked away conscience. A "good" Tom Riddle is unleashed from a box by the trio and travels with them to find Slytherin's locket. Once the Horcrux is in hand, the trio return to Hogwarts. Neville is brought in on the secret of Tom.

Moody is made the new Hogwarts head of security.

Strangely, Voldemort, rather than killing Neville's parents, restores them to health and tries to recruite Neville. Neville, however, isn't interested. Less so when he finds out that Voldemort used unicorn's blood, thus leaving his parents cursed.

With the aide of Cho Chang, Draco Malfoy switches places with Blaise Zabini, so that Blaise can go to the broom race and Draco can rendezvous with Ginny and finally make himself known to Harry. This is almost goes according to plan. Harry takes the whole thing pretty well, considering, and agrees to let Draco teach him Occlumency. Mad-Eye Moody catches Draco in the act, but as he also is very interested in Harry learning Occlumency, he allows the ruse to continue. However, he makes Draco reveal himself to Neville.

On the romance scene, Padma Patil and Anthony Goldstein become a couple, as do Lavender and Neville. Harry learns the truth about Draco and Ginny, and again, takes it pretty well, considering... Theodore Nott learns to his horror that his arranged marriage is to Luna Lovegood. He finally resolves himself to it, only to discover Luna doesn't consider herself bound to tradition (or to Nott). As a "parting gift" to Blaise, Draco (as Blaise) asks Tracey Davis to go steady. Neither Blaise nor Tracey seems entirely sure what to do with the situation.

The last pieces of the puzzle start to fall into place for Inspector Moody. He tells the other members to get ready. It's time for the Order of the Phoenix to go on the offensive.

November

The students are surprised with a Hogsmeade Day on the first of November. Fred and George throw a post-Halloween bash that draws a large crowd. They try a new product on the students, which leads to some musical style madness. To add to the confusion the gypsy camp vanishes taking Promis Dae with it, and Ginny is kidnapped by a disguised Lucius Malfoy.

The twist was Lucius tried to use Ginny to get his foot in with the Order. When he confronts Draco with this plan, Draco admits he's already several steps ahead of him, but suggests an alternative which will get Ginny back faster while getting Lucius in with the Ministry.

Meanwhile, all of Luna's secrets start coming out. Under the infleunce of the twins potions, she confesses her love to Harry which got a much better reaction than she was hoping. To try to save Ginny, she reveals her magic mirror to Harry and Moody.

Ginny is returned safely, but not before the rest of the Weasleys learn about Draco's involvement with her. This creates a lot of tension in the Weasley family, as her parents are willing to give him a chance and her brothers just want Draco dead. As well as tensions with trio, since Harry kept this from Ron.

Future Hogsmeade trips are cancelled, but plans for the Fall formal goes forward successfully. Gabrielle Delacour is saved then kidnapped by Rabastan Lestrange.

Using a map that Draco sent them, the Trio retrieve a box from the Isle of Drear, and Draco brings them a second box that he helped his Aunt hide in the catacombs of Black Manor. If these boxes contain horcruxes, they may now have the means to destroy Lord Voldemort.

Gabrielle is rescued from Rabastan by Draco and Snape, who present her to Lord Voldemort since another returned Weasley would arouse too much suspicion. The Dark Lord not only lets Gabrielle live but restores her hearing and sends her back to her family, but not without causing severe confusion. Angry that her family did not save her, Gabrielle and the Weasleys decide it is best to send her to Hogwarts.

After a week of research and attempts, Neville has a disturbing dream which gives the trio the last clue they need to get the boxes open and confirm the horcruxes inside. However not wishing to tip Voldemort off to their plans, they decide to wait until the best tactical moment to destroy the horcruxes.
