Title: Plans With Harry

Hermione had just arrived in the common room, and there were a few Gryffindors studying. She sat down on the nearest empty couch and rested her eyes, waiting for Harry to show up so they could talk about thier plans.

Harry arrived at the common room at 8 pm, when he saw Hermione. He knew what the meeting was about, so he talked first: "Hermione, where do you think the other horcruxes are...?"

"Where they are…I wouldn’t know…" Hermione sighed. "We’ll just have to go by what we know. Unless someone else could help us…we might want to ask around like, umm… Tonks and McGonagall and stuff. You know, people who have been around longer than we have. If they don’t know...we might just have to go by instinct. Where would you be if you were a horcrux? type of thing…haha." She felt bad she didn’t have any ideas... "What do you think?" Hermione asked Harry

"For starters I know that Voldemort, has a special thing for items belonging to the Hogwarts founders. And Nagini could be a Horcrux too. So we can start there," Harry replied.

"Mmm…yes" Hermione replied. "How in the hell are we going to get a hold of Nagini? What do we do when we get a hold of Nagini? Kill her? I’m sorry... I have so many questions..."

Harry looked calmly at Hermione and said: "I know that it is not like just walking in and finish Nagini off. We must be clever and outsmart it. We must kill him off first, before taking on the rest of the horcruxes!"

"Yes...that’s true," Hermione said putting her head in her hands "I don’t think we can make plans Harry. Do we know enough information to make plans? Maybe you know more than me, but I’m finding it very difficult to make any plans with the information I have."

"You’re right I suppose. Let’s wait until Ron comes back!"

"Yeah," Hermione said as her eyes closed. She didn’t want Harry to think that she didn’t want to talk at all, so she opened them immediately and asked, "What do you think of Luca?"

"He’s a good fellow, I think. A little misunderstood, maybe because of the gypsy heritage" Harry replied. "But one of few good Slytherins..."

"Harry…we really have to be careful around him. He may be a good person, but remember all the people we thought the same of? He was accused about the Ginny ordeal. But now we know that he gave the items to Malcolm who gave them to the other kid. We really have to be careful this year. Just don’t get too close with him. I’ve already made the mistake of doing that, and I think now I’m going to have to pull away. You can’t ever be too careful Harry." Hermione felt horrible for making this decision. She just didn’t want anything to get worse than it already is. She didn’t care about his heritage…just the fact that he was a threat to them in a way.

"You are right, Hermione" Harry replied. "You can never be too careful when it comes to Slytherins."
