Personality:

Yoanna can sometimes come off as cold, but she is just in fact, quiet. She has the typical Ravenclaw smarts, and is comfortably independent. She loves to read, for fun and for class. She lives comfortably in the rules, however, there is a part of her that longs to break the rules. She finds it hard to let herself get close to people, though she realizes that a lonely life isn’t the way she wants to live it either.

Family:

Yoanna Maeve Dunstan was born on February 10th, to Morgan and Bale Dunstan by a midwife. Yoanna grew up in a small cottage in England’s country side. Her mother left her at the age of 5 and Yoanna sincerely hopes she was hit by a bus.

Morgan and met in late summer two years after Bale had left school. Morganwas making her way in Pairs as a waitress, and Bale a former student of the Drumstag Institute. They were married the following spring. When Bale’s parents found out that he had married a muggle, they were furious, and cut him off from the family. It got so bad that Bale and his new bride had to flee Germany where they had been living, to England where Morgan’s sister, Libby was living. Bale ended up taking a desk job, after giving up his curse-breaking career.

When Yoanna was born, it had a very odd effect on Morgan. But she never said a word to anyone about it. Then three days after Yoanna’s 5th birthday she up and left with no explanation and no one ever heard from her since.

Bale went into a deep depression when the love of his life just up and left. There were days that he wouldn’t get out of bed, and Yoanna, even at the age of five, learned how to be somewhat independent. Libby came to live with Bale and Yoanna to help get them though. Originally it was going to be a short term thing, but she ended up staying. Libby and Bale never got married, but they remain close still up to this day.

Levicorpus History (beyond the Lexicon) :

Though Bale wanted Yoanna to go to Drumstag, he knew that they would never allow her to enter as a half-blood, so he hoped that she would get accepted into Hogwarts. Yoanna entered Hogwarts in 1992 and was sorted into the Ravenclaw house. Her father was very proud of her when he found out it was the “smart people” house. Growing up with a mother who left her harbored a deep resentment in her that she might never give up. But she hopes she’ll never have to meet up with her mother, because she would be afraid of what she might say or do. Yoanna inherited her father’s natural talent for magic and love for curse breaking. She thinks everything through before she does something, and she has a good head on her shoulder.
